Reporting Side Effects of Medicines and Medical Products for Individuals

Service Description

This service allows individuals and patients to report adverse drug reactions to medicines and medical products, with the aim of enhancing their safety and monitoring the performance of medical products in the market.

Service Process

• 2. Attach the report and required documents

Conditions & Requirements

• • The report must include all required patient data
• • The report must include all required data of the report preparer
• • The report must include drug data and clearly state the reported side effects
