Service Description
This service allows customers to submit feedback or complaints regarding previous applications related to the Establishment’s services, procedures, processes, or programs, with the aim of improving service quality and enhancing customer experience.
Service Process
- Include all relevant details related to the complaint, including:
- Send an email to: info@ede.gov.ae
- Company name
- License number (if available)
- Application number (if available)
- If there is a technical issue, attach a screenshot showing the issue
- Detailed description of the complaint
- Wait for the complaint to be reviewed by the concerned team
- Receive the response or clarification
Conditions & Requirements
- Complains shall be strictly limited to topics that fall within the scope of the Emirates Drug Establishment’s mandate.
