A service that enables customers to submit inquiries related to the Emirates Drug Establishment’s services and activities, with inquiries reviewed and responded to accurately and transparently.
Service Process

- Include all relevant details related to the inquiry, including:
- Company name
- License number (if applicable)
- Application number (if applicable)
- Detailed description of the inquiry
- Attach any supporting documents (if applicable)
- Receive the response or clarification
Conditions & Requirements
- Accepted inquiries must fall strictly within the scope of the Emirates Drug Establishment’s jurisdiction.
- Personal information must be provided accurately and completely, including Emirates ID number, email address, contact number, related service name, and application number (if applicable).
- The inquiry must be submitted clearly and in detail.
